Job Description

The Automation Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training in Industrial Automation to students and professionals. The role involves conducting theory and practical sessions on PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, and related industrial automation tools as per IPCS Global's training standards. The trainer will also be responsible for guiding students in project development, evaluating performance, and ensuring strong conceptual understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and lab sessions on

PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, and Industrial Networking

. Design and deliver course modules based on IPCS Global's training curriculum. Provide hands-on training using industry-standard hardware and software. Prepare training materials, assessments, and practical exercises. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Support students in executing mini and major automation projects. Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and integrate them into training. Maintain lab equipment and ensure system functionality for practical sessions. Coordinate with the Academic Head and Technical Team for continuous improvement in training delivery. Conduct demo sessions and technical seminars when required. Assist in placement support activities by preparing students for interviews and practical tests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Teaching / Industrial Projects.

Technical Skills:

PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, etc.) SCADA Development (Intouch, WinCC, iFIX, or Ignition preferred) HMI & VFD Configuration Basic knowledge of Industrial Sensors and Control Circuits Industrial Networking fundamentals (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities. Ability to handle both online and offline training sessions effectively.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
