Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidate to undergo training and hands-on project work in

Industrial Automation

, specifically focusing on

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

and

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

systems. The training and project will involve working with

two different PLC platforms from two separate manufacturers

, providing multi-vendor exposure crucial for real-world industrial applications.Build a solid foundation in HMI/SCADA and DCS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in hands-on training sessions on

PLC programming

and

SCADA system development

. Work with

two PLC brands

(e.g., Siemens & Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi & Schneider Electric) to understand cross-platform automation implementation. Design and implement

basic to intermediate automation projects

using real or simulated industrial processes. Develop

HMI/SCADA interfaces

using relevant software (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, iFIX, etc.). Troubleshoot and debug PLC logic and SCADA communications. Document project design, logic diagrams, and system architecture. Build a solid foundation in HMI/SCADA and DCS systems. Collaborate with project mentors and technical teams for project execution and final presentation.

Learning Objectives:

Understand core concepts of industrial automation, PLCs, and SCADA systems. Gain proficiency in ladder logic, function block, and structured text programming. Develop skills to work with multiple PLC hardware and software environments. Learn real-world integration between field devices, PLCs, and SCADA software. Build teamwork, documentation, and presentation skills for technical projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
