We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to lead architectural design and planning for large-scale industrial, plant, and factory projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of master planning, architectural design, statutory coordination, and delivery across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead master planning, facade design, architectural layouts, and interior planning for industrial and commercial facilities
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tender drawings, submission drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
• Develop and manage municipal and statutory drawings, including coordination with authorities for approvals and compliance
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and client teams across all project phases
• Ensure architectural designs adhere to statutory regulations, design guidelines, and project requirements
• Provide architectural leadership, technical guidance, and design direction to internal teams
• Review architectural deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and delivery commitments

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution
• 8+ years of experience in industrial or plant architecture within Pharma, FMCG, Chemical, Solar, or EPC environments
• Strong expertise in master planning, facade design, layout planning, and interior planning for large-scale industrial projects
• Hands-on experience with tender documentation, statutory submissions, and GFC drawing preparation
• Proven exposure to municipal approvals and regulatory submission processes
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of industrial design guidelines and statutory regulations
• Expertise in architectural modeling, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination
• Proficiency in:

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
