We are looking for an experienced and engaging Induction Trainer to conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees. The role focuses on introducing company culture, policies, processes, and job expectations to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Introduce company policies, culture, values, and code of conduct.
Coordinate with HR and department heads to align induction content.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and handbooks.
Track attendance and collect feedback from participants.
Ensure new employees understand organizational structure and workflows.
Support employees during their initial onboarding period.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Induction Trainer, HR Trainer, or similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and organizational practices.
Ability to engage and motivate new employees.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in corporate training or employee onboarding.
