Job Title Talent Intelligence and Market Researcher Grade Senior (Grade 13) Business Group Talent Acquisition Team Department Name SSB- TA Role Designation Flex About Lowe\'s About the Team This role sits in our Global Talent Sourcing Team, which is tasked with identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive talent for Lowe\'s. In this role you will be a member of a dynamic team with reporting relations locally and in the U.S. You will also partner closely with your U.S peers to drive best practices and coordinated efforts across the globe. A successful candidate understands not only team dynamics but deeply understands the functions they support and how they fit in with the broader business. As a Talent Intelligence and Market Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work across our global teams to deliver market research that informs sourcing and recruitment strategies across Lowe\'s. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on market trends and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of research methodologies, global labor market analytics, and strategic talent sourcing. Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Research labor market data including supply, demand, cost, and talent demographics. Analyze labor market data and develop insights to the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with stakeholders. Conduct competitor intelligence to help Lowe\'s compete and succeed in a competitive labor market. Lead talent pool sizing exercises to uncover hidden pools of diverse talent and help establish achievable diversity goals. Examine employer brands, benchmark benefits offered across peers, and strengthen our EVP using competitive insights. Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in market research, talent acquisition, or related field. 3+ years of experience with standard market research tools including but not limited to LinkedIn Insights, Indeed Analytics, and HireEZ Insights. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : List the education, certification, and work experience for an incumbent in the job. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in PowerPoint Office Suite Naturally process-orientated, extremely organized, and great follow-up skills Secondary Skills (desired)
