About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Project
Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business projects across domains such as BFSI, Microsoft platforms, or ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation through delivery.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely escalation of risks or delays.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation including requirements, change requests, meeting minutes, and action items.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, demos, UATs, and follow-ups.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and audit standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in project coordination or support roles.
Hands-on experience in any of the following domains:
BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, etc.)
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.)
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Prince2, or Scrum Master).
Exposure to enterprise implementations or digital transformation projects.
* Knowledge of PMO processes and tools.
