We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle CX Lead with extensive technical expertise in customizing Fusion B2B Sales and Service applications. The role focuses on providing continuous support and maintenance for Oracle B2B Sales and Service Cloud implementations, resolving issues, and delivering enhancements and break-fixes to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, customize, and configure Fusion CX Sales and B2B Service applications using tools and technologies such as custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy scripting, SOAP/REST APIs, Visual Builder, and Digital Customer Service (DCS). Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance. Develop and implement enhancements, break-fixes, and new features based on business requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle B2B Sales and Service Cloud implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

5 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred. Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle CX modules with at least two end-to-end implementation projects involving Redwood technology. Certification in CX Sales, Fusion Service, or Redwood technology is highly desirable. Strong technical expertise in Oracle CX Sales and Fusion Service applications. Experience with Oracle Subscription Management and CPQ Cloud is an added advantage. Proficiency in custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy scripting, SOAP/REST APIs, Visual Builder, and DCS. Expertise in Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) development. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of additional Oracle CX modules or products is a plus.

Education level

UG or PG in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications:

Oracle Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Implementation Specialist Certification preferred.
