Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Sales Executive for our garment showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring excellent service to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations Maintain proper display and arrangement of garments on racks and shelves Provide detailed product information (fabric, size, price, offers, etc.) Handle billing and payment processes (if trained) Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the store area Assist in managing trial rooms and packaging purchased items Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction
