Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, particularly in the EV 2W/4W segment.2. Act as the Chief of Staff to the B2C Business Head (VP - Business Development), supporting retail business scale-up across India.3. Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs; develop strong partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, after-sales, fleet, operations) to create and execute plans for marketing, customer service, and retail rollout.5. Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements.6.
