Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales management within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry. - Strong knowledge of distribution and retail networks, particularly in the electronics/appliance sector. - Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving business targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
