Individual Tuition Teachers

. The role involves personalized one-on-one academic mentoring, and structured learning support tailored to each student's academic level and learning needs.
The ideal candidate should be patient, student-centric, and capable of building strong subject foundations while improving confidence, clarity, and academic performance.

Candidates residing in
nearby areas of Narikkuni and surrounding localities
are preferred
Key Responsibilities
Academic Instruction
The teacher is responsible for delivering structured, syllabus-aligned instruction in assigned subjects, ensuring clarity of concepts rather than rote learning. Lessons must be adapted to suit the student's grade level, board requirements, and learning pace.
Individualized Learning Support
The teacher must assess the student's strengths, learning gaps, and study habits, and design customized lesson plans and revision strategies. Special attention should be given to students who require remedial or confidence-building support.
Syllabus & Exam Alignment
The teacher should be well-versed with
State, CBSE, and/or ICSE curriculum frameworks
, ensuring coverage of prescribed portions, exam-oriented preparation, and timely completion of syllabus milestones.
Progress Monitoring & Feedback
Regular monitoring of academic progress is required through our LMS portal, tests, and oral assessments. Clear feedback must be provided to students and parents, highlighting improvements, challenges, and next steps.
Homework & Practice Guidance
The teacher should guide students in completing homework independently, improving writing skills, presentation, and exam-answer techniques appropriate to their board standards.
Parent Communication
The role includes professional and respectful communication with parents, explaining the child's academic progress, effort levels, and improvement strategies in a reassuring and constructive manner.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or education-related field (B.Ed preferred but not mandatory for lower classes)
Strong subject knowledge for primary, middle, or secondary levels (Classes 1-10)
Familiarity with
State / CBSE / ICSE syllabus structure and exam patterns
Prior experience in individual tuition, home tuition, or academy-based teaching is preferred
Required Skills & Competencies
Ability to explain concepts in a simple, age-appropriate manner
Strong patience, empathy, and student-handling skills
Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is an advantage)
Capability to adapt teaching style based on student learning levels
Commitment to academic ethics, consistency, and professionalism
