Responsibilities:
The selected individual will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market and delivery strategy for Quantum Computing across domestic and international engagements within the Emerging Tech practice. The responsibility will include client relationship management, delivery governance, and creating new technology and digital capabilities specific to Quantum Computing use cases. Build and manage a large team of professionals to deliver high-quality Quantum Computing services end-to-end, from strategy through implementation and ongoing optimization. Lead go-to-market activities: shape value propositions, identify priority use cases, develop sales enablement materials, drive demand generation with account teams, and support pursuits from qualification to closure. Drive solutioning and program delivery for Quantum Computing engagements, ensuring robust governance, quality, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. The candidate is expected to have deep understanding and experience on one stack of technology and tools, and possess good awareness of the broader range of technologies required to create integrated Quantum Computing solutions. Be flexible to try out new and emerging technologies to create better solutions for our clients and to develop the team according to emerging needs in Quantum Computing. The selected individual will also be responsible for commercial performance of the engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and overall engagement health. Develop and mentor teams, establish delivery best practices, and scale capabilities in line with market demand and client needs.
