We are seeking a knowledgeable Indirect Tax Advocate to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, appeals, written submissions, replies, and other relevant pleadings for cases to be presented before CESTAT and High Court. Proficiency in legal research tools and databases to gather relevant information and support legal arguments. Conduct research on indirect tax laws, rulings, notifications, and circulars to stay updated on changes and developments in the field.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year exprience in drafting the matter before CESTAT and High Court. Have a basic knowledge in the field of indirect taxation i.e. Central Excise, Service Tax, Custom and GST. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal arguments clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal provisions to specific scenarios. Familiarity with relevant statutes, notifications, circulars, and case laws pertaining to indirect taxation.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
