We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Indirect Procurement Executive

with

2 to 4 years

of experience in procurement processes, particularly in managing the

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

MS Excel

and

P2P tools

, with

SAP knowledge

being a plus. A background in the

retail industry

is preferred.

Accounts Payable Specialist

1. RFI, RFQ & RFP Management

Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing

Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP)

to suppliers. Collect, analyze, and evaluate vendor responses, creating

pre-bid and post-bid comparison reports

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria. Ensure all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs comply with

company policies, industry standards, and regulations

.

2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential

vendors

based on sourcing needs. Maintain and update an

organized supplier database

with key contact details, pricing, and contract information. Support the

supplier pre-qualification and onboarding

processes. Assist in

vendor negotiations

and drafting contract terms. Continuously explore and identify

new suppliers

to enhance procurement options.

3. Procurement Documentation & Compliance

Draft, organize, and maintain procurement documentation, including

bid evaluations, approvals, and supplier performance records

. Ensure adherence to

internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements

.

Track and manage

contract renewals, extensions, and performance metrics

.

Strong negotiation skills

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools

Advanced MS Excel skills

SAP (preferred)

Procurement experience in the retail industry
