With a vision to scale rapidly, we're looking for ambitious talent to join our journey.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead our international growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building relationships, and can convert leads into long-term buyers. You will work directly with the founder, manage B2B platforms, expand global reach, and ensure smooth execution of export operations.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute B2B sales & marketing strategies for international buyers.- Manage and grow company presence on Alibaba, Indiamart, Amazon B2B and other platforms.- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from trade platforms, LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.- Build strong buyer relationships through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.- Assist in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets (online & offline).- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and buyers to ensure smooth order execution.- Support in creating sales reports, proposals, and presentations.- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in sales/exports/business development (Freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.- Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and export documentation preferred.- Hands-on with MS Office, Google Workspace, and B2B portals.- Self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling exports startup with global exposure.- Hands-on mentorship directly from the Founder & Director.- Competitive salary + performance incentives.- A culture that values learning, ownership, and innovation.- Learn directly from mentors who have international hands-on work experienceHow to Apply:Send your CV and a short note on why you'd like to join us with the subject line: Application - Sales & Business Development Executive.
