Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
Assist in the creation of new menu items and specials.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in an Indian kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
