Kish Hospitality Consultant seeking a skilled Indian & Tandoor Commi-1 to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and cooking Indian cuisine, focusing on Tandoor specialties, while maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food quality.
Responsibilities-
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian dishes, particularly those made using Tandoori techniques
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen sanitation
- Follow recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff
- Prepare ingredients and handle kitchen equipment effectively
- Monitor and manage stock levels of kitchen supplies
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes
Requirements-
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 3 to 5 experience in an Indian and Tandoor departments with knowledge of various Indian spices and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
