Job Description

Job Title: Pantry Boy (Banquet / Hotel)



We are hiring Indian Curry Commis 3 for our Banquets at Orriva by Awadh, they will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with food preparation and serving.

Key duties involve washing and prepping ingredients, helping with garnishing and plating, , and ensuring all workstations and equipment are clean and sanitized.

Kitchen maintenance



Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Kitchen and surrounding areas.

Wash dishes, pots, and utensils if needed.

Food and supply management



Receive, store, and organize food supplies, equipment, and utensils properly.

Assist with basic food preparation tasks like washing, peeling, chopping, and grating ingredients.

Assistance and service



Help chefs and kitchen staff by providing them with needed items.

Assist with plating and garnishing dishes to ensure they are presentable.

Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all health department guidelines.

General duties



Maintain personal hygiene and follow all safety regulations.

Assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and event service.

Job Timings: 11 in Morning to 9 in Evening

Salary Range: 13000 INR to 16000 INR

Job Location: Orriva by Awadh, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

Qualification: Basic Schooling to 10th Pass

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
