Key duties include menu planning, managing kitchen inventory, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and supervising kitchen staff. The role requires expertise in spice combinations and traditional cooking techniques to create flavorful curries. Core responsibilities

Food preparation

: Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and other dishes according to recipes and standards.

Quality control

: Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

Menu management

: Assist with menu planning and the development of new, creative dishes.

Inventory and ordering

: Manage kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for necessary supplies.

Hygiene and safety

: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Staff supervision

: Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, including managing their tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
