Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, kebabs, breads, and thalis. Maintain authenticity, taste, and quality across all Indian menu items. Follow traditional recipes and innovate new dishes as per customer preferences. Ensure portion control, presentation, and timely service. Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques and hygiene standards.
