We're Hiring - Indian Cuisine Chefs (Sous Chef to Commis III) | For A Celebrity Chef
Join our dynamic culinary team and showcase your expertise in authentic Indian cuisine! We're looking for passionate professionals for the following positions:
Sous Chef (5-8 yrs exp)
Lead the Indian kitchen, manage staff, ensure food quality & consistency, and support menu development across regional Indian dishes.
Chef de Partie - CDP (3-5 yrs)
Run a specific section (Tandoor, Curry, etc.), supervise junior chefs, and ensure high-quality dish execution.
Demi Chef de Partie - DCDP (2-4 yrs)
Assist the CDP with preparation, cooking, and mise-en-place. Maintain hygiene and follow kitchen standards.
Commis I (1-3 yrs)
Support prep and cooking across Indian sections. Good foundation in spices and techniques required.
Commis II/III (0-1 yr or Freshers)
Entry-level kitchen roles. Help with prep, cleaning, and learning Indian culinary skills under senior chefs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
