Key Responsibilities of Indian Cook (Commi-II)



Assist in preparing Indian dishes such as curries, gravies, tandoor items, rice, dal, and snacks. Handle basic cooking tasks like chopping, grinding, sauteing, boiling, and tempering (tadka). Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of Indian dishes. Prepare masalas, pastes, and mixes as per standard recipes. Ensure proper marination and preparation of tandoori and North/South Indian items (as applicable). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation as per food safety standards. Store ingredients properly and follow FIFO for all raw materials and spices. Assist the senior cooks during peak hours and service time. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use. Ensure minimal wastage and efficient use of spices, oil, and ingredients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
