Job Description

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, and regional specialties, to specified standards.

Menu Development:

Collaborate to design menus, create new recipes, and develop innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment.

Staff Management:

Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff, manage their schedules, and ensure efficient teamwork.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure all food items are prepared and served to established standards, and enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations.

Inventory Management:

Monitor food stock, rotate ingredients, ensure their freshness, and manage procurement of necessary supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
