Job Opening: Indian Cook

Location:

Olive Grand View - Boutique Hotel, Manali (Shuru)

We are hiring a

skilled Indian Cook

to manage daily kitchen operations and prepare quality meals for our in-house guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Indian meals (North Indian preferred) for guests & staff Maintain taste consistency and portion control Ensure kitchen hygiene & food safety standards Manage basic kitchen prep, storage & cleanliness Coordinate with management for daily meal planning

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Indian Cook (hotel, cafe, or restaurant) Good knowledge of Indian cuisine & basic plating Ability to work independently in a small kitchen setup Clean, disciplined, and quality-focused

Salary & Benefits:

Salary:

?12,000 - ?20,000 per month

(based on experience) Staff accommodation (if required) Meals during duty Stable work environment in a boutique hotel
