Maintain taste consistency and portion control
Ensure kitchen hygiene & food safety standards
Manage basic kitchen prep, storage & cleanliness
Coordinate with management for daily meal planning
Requirements:
Prior experience as an Indian Cook (hotel, cafe, or restaurant)
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine & basic plating
Ability to work independently in a small kitchen setup
Clean, disciplined, and quality-focused
