Responsibilities:
Prepare North Indian and/or South Indian dishes as per the menu
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian Chef
Knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
Immediate joiners preferred
