Ensuring ingredients and final dishes are fresh, maintaining food quality and standards, and accommodating special requests.

Hygiene and Safety:

Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following sanitation procedures, and handling food safely.

Food Station Management:

Setting up and organizing the food station, handling multiple orders, and managing station inventory.

Customer Service:

Serving food, attending to order details, and potentially pleasing customers.

Kitchen Operations:

Depending on the role, this could involve managing the kitchen, training staff, and minimizing food waste.
Skills and Qualifications:

Culinary Skills:

Strong cooking skills, especially in preparing Indian dishes, and experience with various cooking techniques.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Organization and Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple orders, manage inventory, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
