Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads (naan, roti), biryanis, and regional specialties. Assist the CDP in daily operations, including mise-en-place, food preparation, and supervision of junior staff (Commis). Maintain quality, taste, and consistency in food production. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food storage areas. Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the CDP or Sous Chef. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet restaurant quality standards. Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards. Train and guide junior team members when required. Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
