Key responsibilities

Dish preparation:

Assist in preparing a variety of Indian dishes, such as curries, biryanis, and tandoori items, as directed by senior chefs.

Ingredient prep:

Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.

Cooking:

Cook and present dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Kitchen maintenance:

Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and organized. Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations.

Stock and inventory:

Help manage inventory, stock levels, and the proper storage of ingredients and products.

Safety and compliance:

Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Report any hazards or problems to a senior chef.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

Flexibility:

Be prepared to assist in other areas or with other duties as needed, especially during busy periods or emergencies.
Must Experience in Hotel & Restaurant Background, food & Beverage

must experience between Above 2 years.
