Responsibilities



Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Indian cuisine. Basic understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. Passion for cooking and a keen interest in Indian culinary traditions. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Knowledge of Indian recipes and cooking techniques Food safety and hygiene practices Ingredient preparation and portioning Basic knife skills Understanding of kitchen operations and equipment Time management Teamwork and communication skills Ensure ingredients are properly stored and portioned before cooking. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in food quality. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation. Provide support in the preparation of food for special events and functions. Handle kitchen equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
