Prepare basic sauces, salads, garnishes, and other simple items under supervision.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared according to recipe specifications.

Cleaning and Maintenance
:
Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Maintain proper cleaning routines for workstations, kitchen floors, sinks, and storage areas.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and rubbish.

Assisting in Cooking
:
Assist in the cooking process by preparing ingredients and running dishes to senior chefs.
Follow recipes and instructions as directed by higher-level chefs.

Stock Handling and Storage
:
Assist in storing ingredients and supplies in the correct manner to avoid spoilage or contamination.
