Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
Innovate and introduce new dishes aligning with customer preferences and lounge standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Indian Chef
in a fine-dining or resto-lounge setup.
Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and presentation techniques.
Leadership and team management skills.
Passionate about food quality, taste, and presentation.
