Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes with premium quality and consistency. Plan menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure timely food preparation. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI and restaurant standards. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth coordination during service hours. Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs. Innovate and introduce new dishes aligning with customer preferences and lounge standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an

Indian Chef

in a fine-dining or resto-lounge setup. Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and presentation techniques. Leadership and team management skills. Passionate about food quality, taste, and presentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
