CDP - Chef de Partie

DCDP - Demi Chef de Partie
Commi 1 - Indian Cuisine
Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes (curry, tandoor, biryani, etc.)
Assist in planning and development of menus
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ensure food is prepared as per the hotel's standards and recipes
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Follow proper food storage and waste management practices
Ensure timely preparation during service hours
Requirements
:
Prior experience in Indian kitchen (CDP/DCDP/Commi 1 level)
Knowledge of Indian spices, methods, and hygiene protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience
Culinary diploma/certificate preferred but not mandatory
