Control food cost, wastage, and inventory without compromising quality
Coordinate closely with service teams to ensure smooth and timely service
Uphold discipline, cleanliness, and operational excellence in the kitchen
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong command over
North Indian gravies, masala blending, and slow-cooking techniques
Expertise in
tandoor cooking
(mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of
spices, marinades, smoking techniques (dhungar), and tempering
Ability to balance
authentic flavours with luxury dining expectations
High level of consistency, speed, and attention to detail
Calm, composed performance under pressure
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred)
Minimum
4-8 years of experience
in reputed hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or luxury resorts
Prior experience in a
5-star or premium hospitality environment
is strongly preferred
