Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality and accurate presentation.

Menu Development:

Develop new recipes and innovate existing ones, focusing on authentic flavors and regional specialties.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including managing staff, monitoring schedules, and ensuring smooth service.

Staff Supervision and Training:

Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures.

Hygiene and Safety:

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.

Inventory and Stock Control:

Monitor and manage food stock, place orders for ingredients, and ensure the quality and freshness of supplies.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
