Job Description

Plan and design menus based on seasonality, customer preferences, and budget. Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency and quality. Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks as needed. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs. Experiment with new recipes and culinary techniques to enhance the menu. Collaborate with management to create special promotions or events.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cuisines. Creativity in food presentation and recipe development. Time management and ability to work under pressure. Leadership skills to manage and motivate kitchen staff. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work Environment:



Chefs usually work in

restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering services, or cruise ships.

The job often requires

long hours, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
