Chaaval Waala is hiring a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our food outlet (shop-based kitchen) in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Indian cuisine while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per Chaaval Waala's menu and standards
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage daily kitchen operations during working hours
Coordinate with staff to ensure timely order preparation
Control food wastage and manage raw materials efficiently

Requirements
Proven experience as an Indian Chef
Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
