We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to lead kitchen operations for our Indian cuisine section. The candidate will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, maintaining food quality and authenticity, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, managing food costs, and maintaining consistency across all dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, creativity in regional Indian cuisines, and prior experience in a similar mid-senior culinary role.
