Handle tandoors, gas stoves, clay ovens, and other traditional equipment.
Kitchen Operations & Hygiene
Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene
Ensure food safety standards (FSSAI or local health codes).
Maintain personal and kitchen cleanliness.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels of spices, grains, and perishables.
