Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North Indian - Punjabi)
Develop menus and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, portion control, and reduce wastage.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Innovate and introduce new Indian-inspired recipes while maintaining authenticity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant/hotel/catering environment.
Expertise in Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisines.
Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
