Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve Gol Gappe (Pani Puri)
Make Dahi Bhalla, Bhalla Papdi & Papdi Chaat
Prepare Raj Kachori and Pav Bhaji
Cook Malai Chaap and other chaat items
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Ensure consistent taste and timely preparation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chaat Chef
Expertise in North Indian chaat and snacks
Ability to manage preparation and service efficiently
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
