Summary



Looking for an Indian Chef to manage a boutique resort kitchen and deliver authentic Indian cuisine with consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare regional and traditional Indian dishes. Ensure food taste, presentation, and portion control. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Monitor stock levels and food costs. Train and supervise support staff.

Employer Requirements



Experience in Indian cuisine preparation. Ability to work independently and manage small teams. Good understanding of flavor balance and plating. Willingness to relocate with food & accommodation support.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
