Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of Indian dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
Operate tandoor and manage grill/roti stations when needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation
Manage inventory and assist with food cost control
Work with kitchen staff to plan menus and daily specials
Maintain proper food storage and safety protocols
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Indian Chef
Expertise in multiple regional Indian cuisines
Experience with tandoor & curries is a must
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Team player with strong communication skills
Education:
No formal education required; culinary certification is a plus
