Minimum 3 years hands on experience with at leat a 4 star hotel / fine dine. Leading an Indian cuisine station, managing prep, cooking, and plating authentic dishes, training junior staff, controlling food costs, ensuring hygiene (FSSAI standards), inventory, and upholding quality standards for a smooth kitchen flow, requiring deep Indian cooking knowledge and leadership. Key duties include station setup, recipe adherence, waste minimization, and coordinating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
