Role Description
Develop new business opportunities through
cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using product knowledge to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting customer expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
Strong understanding of Import and export industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
