Key responsibilities
Handle daily IndiaMART leads for textile products, understand buyer requirements (quality, GSM, design, colour, quantity).expertia+1?
Call and follow up with buyers, share catalogues, fabric photos, rates, and samples where required.indeed+1?
Convert qualified textile leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.expertia?
Maintain proper records of textile enquiries, follow-ups, and orders in Excel/CRM.mymajors?
Coordinate with production/warehouse for stock checking, dispatch, and payment follow-up.callabri?
Salary and incentives
Fixed monthly basic salary (depending on experience in textiles/B2B).callabri?
Extra incentive on every IndiaMART lead successfully converted into a textile order; higher incentives for bulk or repeat orders.indeed?

Candidate requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in textiles, fabrics, garments, or B2B online marketplaces (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).expertia+1?
Comfortable in field visits to textile markets/clients when required along with phone/online follow-ups.expertia?
Basic computer and Excel skills to manage IndiaMART dashboard and sales data.indeed?
Good communication in Hindi and local language; basic English is an advantage.
