Handle

incoming leads and inquiries

from the IndiaMART portal Contact potential customers via

calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Understand customer requirements and

provide accurate product/service details

Prepare and share

quotations, follow-ups, and negotiations

Convert inquiries into

confirmed sales orders

Maintain and update

lead data and sales records

on CRM/Excel Coordinate with internal teams for

order processing and dispatch

Achieve

monthly sales targets

assigned by management Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers Monitor competitor pricing and market trends on IndiaMART
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
