We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IndiaMART Account Executive to manage our IndiaMART seller account.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the company's IndiaMART seller account daily.
Respond to leads and inquiries promptly through IndiaMART chat, calls, and emails.
Upload, update, and optimize product listings with correct pricing, images, and descriptions.
Handle RFQs (Request for Quotes) and share quotations with potential customers.
Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and client follow-ups.
Ensure timely response rate and high account activity to maintain IndiaMART ranking.
Monitor reviews, ratings, and feedback; take necessary action for improvement.
Analyze account performance and share weekly reports with management.
Resolve any account-related issues with IndiaMART support.
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of online portals, B2B platforms, or e-commerce.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Must be proactive, responsible, and disciplined.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
