We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telecaller
to join our IndiaMART process team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining IndiaMART services, generating leads, and ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from provided leads/data.
Explain IndiaMART services, subscription plans, and benefits to clients.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful business listings or paid subscriptions.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to IndiaMART.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term association.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
1-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
(knowledge of regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM handling).
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
