We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our B2B sales channels on platforms like IndiaMART and Alibaba. The role involves lead generation, inquiry handling, product listing management, and supporting online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company product listings on IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other B2B portals
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and follow up to convert leads into orders
Generate and qualify new leads from online platforms
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotes, and orders in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quotations
Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements for product visibility
Prepare reports on inquiries, conversions, and sales performance
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain good client relationships
