As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching and closing corporate gifting deals across Bangalore. You will engage with HR teams, procurement head and admin teams at corporates to position India Sweet House as their preferred gifting partner. This is a field-intensive role that requires both outbound calling and in-person lead generation.Key Responsibilities:- Call and connect with corporate clients in Bangalore to pitch India Sweet House's solutions.- Visit offices, coworking spaces and corporate parks to generate leads and build new partnerships.- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.- Create customized proposals for client requirements during festive seasons or special events.- Maintain a database of leads, meetings and closures in a structured CRM format.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery to clients.Required Skills & Experience:- 6 Months to 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably but not mandatory in the Gifting, FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.- Strong communication and persuasion skills both on calls and in person.- Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert them into clients.- Comfortable with fieldwork across Bangalore.- Fluent in English & knowledge of Hindi & Kannada is a plus.- Self-driven, well-organized, and target-oriented.What We Offer:- Competitive salary up to - 35,000/month (based on experience and interview performance).- Attractive incentive structure based on targets.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing brand rooted in Indian tradition.- A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with growth opportunities.
